Cyanoaction survey (Latest)

This survey is part of the CYANOACTION EU network (cyanoaction.eu), which focuses on protecting lakes and other water bodies from harmful cyanobacterial (also known as blue-green algae) blooms. Our goal is to develop effective and sustainable strategies to reduce these blooms, which can severely affect water quality, cause unpleasant odors, make water unsafe for recreational activities, increase costs for drinking water production, and even harm pets and wildlife. We aim to gather information specifically from stakeholders involved in water treatment and management, agriculture, tourism, recreational activities, and policy making. Your valuable input will help us to better understand the challenges you face, identify current practices, and propose practical solutions for improved water quality and catchment health across Europe and globally.
